To be considered for the program, applicants are required to hold a degree in the Information, Communication & Technology with priority to "Betha program" graduates.
The process consists of four steps, each designed to assess different aspects of the candidate's skills, knowledge, and potential. Initially, candidates submit an online application, followed by an interview with the TDRA team. Subsequently, there is an online technical assessment, and it concludes with a final interview with panelists.
